As an Application Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting and driving the successful implementation of our innovative laboratory instruments. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and R&D to deliver high-quality application solutions and ensure optimal system performance in real-world environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute application projects for our laboratory instruments
• Support customers with method development, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions
• Provide technical input during product demonstrations and evaluations
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to documentation, protocols, and application notes

You feel at home at the interface of biology and technology. You are enthusiastic and take initiative. Next you fit the following profile:

• A Master degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nutrition Science, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site in Enschede and occasionally travel for conferences, customer visits, project meetings, etc.
• An energetic, positive, and open-minded attitude
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills
• Interest in new technologies and innovative laboratory solutions
• Ability to manage and execute application-oriented projects
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
