What will you do?
- Preparing and managing proposals, quotations, NDAs, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer, lead, and opportunity data in Pipedrive CRM.
- Creating sales reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews to support business decisions and track performance.
- Coordinating and supporting sales activities, customer communications, and follow-up actions.
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of customer events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for the Sales team, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Accurate and complete CRM data and records.
- High-quality and timely delivery of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Reliable sales reporting and KPI tracking.
- Effective coordination of sales activities and customer events.
- Responsive support to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribution to process improvements and achievement of sales objectives.
What do you bring?
- MBO-4 / MBO+ diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Sales Support, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
