SAP Integration Consultant

We are looking for an ambitious SAP Integration Architect who is passionate about solving complex business challenges, influencing technology strategy and guiding clients through digital transformation. You will connect business strategy, technology and people, shaping integration landscapes that are scalable, agile and ready for the future.

What you'll do

As a trusted advisor and key contributor to successful project delivery, you will take ownership of integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems. You will work closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, application teams and technology specialists to translate business needs into robust integration strategies and solutions.

•  Define integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles.

•  Gather and assess integration requirements across application and business teams, translating them into scalable interface designs based on SAP best practices and architecture guidelines.

•  Advise clients on SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, PI/PO, API Management, event-driven architecture and emerging integration capabilities.

•  Lead architecture discussions and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders, helping clients make informed technology and modernization decisions.

•  Establish integration governance, standards, reusable patterns and best practices across complex landscapes.

•  Support delivery teams throughout the full interface lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement.

•  Coach and mentor integration consultants and developers, strengthening both their technical and consulting capabilities.

•  Contribute to business development, solution shaping and customer proposals.

•  Explore new developments in the SAP ecosystem and translate relevant innovations into practical opportunities for clients.

•  Share knowledge across the SAP practice through workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions and code jams.

What we're looking for

•  Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.

•  Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience as an SAP integration consultant or architect, with sufficient depth to operate confidently at senior level.

•  SAP integration expertise: Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Integration/CPI, PI/PO and API Management.

•  Architecture and advisory skills: Experience shaping integration strategies, architecture patterns, governance frameworks and modernization initiatives across complex SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

•  Functional affinity: The ability to understand business needs and translate them quickly and effectively into integration solutions.

•  Stakeholder engagement: Strong consulting and communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate workshops, influence decisions and engage business and technology stakeholders.

•  Languages: Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.

•  Mindset: Service-oriented, pragmatic, collaborative and passionate about SAP, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus points for

•  Experience with cloud integration and SAP Business Technology Platform.

•  Knowledge of event-driven architecture and emerging SAP integration capabilities.

•  Experience coaching colleagues, contributing to proposals or supporting business development.
