You will work closely with senior executives to tackle high-impact questions such as:
- How can companies reinvent their operating models and core business processes to enable speed, resilience, and innovation?
- How do you translate strategy into end-to-end transformation, powered by data, AI, and digital technologies?
- How can organizations capture and track value at scale across complex transformation programs?
You will:
- Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
- Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment
- Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy & consulting, technology, data & AI, operations) to bring the best of Accenture to clients
- Build deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem

We’re looking for people who combine strategic thinking with a drive to create real impact.
- Master’s degree (engineering, business, or a combination of both)
- 5+ years of experience in consulting within the semiconductor / high-tech industry
- Proven track record in delivering strategic projects end-to-end
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and guiding decision-making
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation
- Interest in the semiconductor / high-tech industry
- Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites
