Digital Consulting Intern

This position is open on a rolling basis, with start dates available in January, April, and October.

Your role as Digital Consulting Intern

We're looking for a curious, hands-on intern to join us for a 6-month internship in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You’ll work closely with our consultants on live client projects and internal initiatives, getting real exposure to how a digital transformation consultancy operates – and real ownership over the work you deliver.

What you’ll be working on

• Supporting real client projects with blue-chip companies, contributing to the same workstreams as our consultants

• Conducting market and industry research, competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform client recommendations

• Building data visualisations and analysis that bring strategic insights to life

• Contributing to strategy creation, from framing problems to shaping recommendations

• Applying the latest AI tools to real business challenges alongside the team

• Taking on strategic internal work, shaping internal processes, implementation plans and business development efforts
  

You’ll have the opportunity to both lead and support workstreams, with a coach checking in with you across concrete milestones along the way.

Who you are

• You’re a strategic thinker, conceptually and practically, who challenges the status quo and finds ways to improve things.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being challenged.

• You’re a curious self-starter who wants a hands-on role and loves diving deep into new topics.

• You’re genuinely interested in AI and applied AI, and enjoy experimenting with new tools.

• Relevant work experience, such as a previous internship in a related field, is highly preferred.

• You communicate excellently in English; Dutch is a plus.

• You’re enrolled at a university for the full internship and available at least 32 hours a week (ideally 40).

What we offer

• 800€/month compensation

• Hybrid work: Home, client, or office. At least 2 days a week at the office

• Holiday days: 10 or 12 days of leave over the 6-month internship, depending on whether you work 32 or 40 hours per week
