Human Resources Generalist

Focus areas: Payroll, statutory and compliance, general HR administration

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  
• 3–8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.  
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, payroll practices, and HR compliance requirements.  
• Familiarity with the Netherlands employment regulations and HR documentation standards.  
• Experience with HRMS/payroll systems.  
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.  
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.  
• Fluency in both Dutch and English would be mandatory 
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
