What you will do
As our Office Management Intern, you play a key role in creating a great workplace experience for our 120+ colleagues. You support day-to-day operations, coordinate office logistics and make sure everything from onboarding new hires to team events runs seamlessly. This is a role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys working in a dynamic international environment.
What you will do
Support daily office operations and help maintain an inspiring workspace
Assist with onboarding new colleagues and internal communication
Coordinate deliveries, supplies and meeting logistics
Help plan events, company lunches and office celebrations
Collaborate with the People and Culture team on internal projects
