Internship Operator Customs & Trade Compliance

• Analyse current processes, stakeholder needs and available service data.
• Identify opportunities to improve request intake, classification, assignment and escalation.
• Design user-friendly forms, workflows and a structured knowledge-management approach.
• Develop and test a TOPdesk prototype within an agreed pilot scope.
• Propose roles, responsibilities, service levels and knowledge-review processes.
• Define relevant KPIs and develop a dashboard concept.
• Deliver an implementation roadmap, business case and recommendations for further expansion.

• You will be offered an internship placement at a globally operating healthcare company. An internship is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with Abbott, and perhaps one of Abbott’s businesses may even become your future employer.
• You will have a dedicated supervisor who will support you with the content and progress of your assignment, as well as a mentor. Your supervisor and mentor will discuss your progress with you and, if necessary, coordinate with your educational institution.
• To help you perform your work effectively, you will be given access to company systems and provided with an Abbott laptop.
• Finally, you will receive an internship allowance of €500 gross per month (based on a full-time internship).

We are looking for a Intern for Operator Customs and Trade Compliance at Abbott Zwolle!

Help transform the Customs Community of Practice into a scalable, digitally supported service network. During this graduation internship, you will investigate how TOPdesk can support centralized requests, effective routing, knowledge sharing and management reporting, translating business needs into a practical design and working prototype.

• Interested in business analysis, process improvement, service management and knowledge sharing.
• Able to translate stakeholder requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with different stakeholders.
• A Pre, familiarity with TOPdesk, workflow configuration or dashboarding is an advantage; prior customs expertise is not required.
• must be a final year university student with a mandatory internship requirement
