Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role
Do you have experience in quality assurance and are you interested in the Aerospace Industry?

We are searching for a strategic thinker who can maintain a high-level overview while diving into the details when necessary. Our ideal candidate has:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in aerospace or composite production is an advantage.
Auditing Experience: Familiarity with internal and external quality audits.
Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to assess complex quality issues, propose solutions, and implement changes.
Process-Oriented Mindset: Strong ability to set up and refine quality processes to meet both customer and regulatory requirements.
Technical Competence: Understanding of inspection techniques and ability to determine which inspections are required.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless quality integration.
Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. (Dutch is a plus)
Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
