Product & Portfolio Manager

• Manage the full designated product portfolio, including pricing, product phase-in and phase-out, and product data management.

• Understand customer requirements and market insights and translate these into clear product requirements and priorities for new product introductions.

• Identify and support new business opportunities in close cooperation with Sales and R&D in China.

• Manage and facilitate communication between the European and Chinese teams.

• Contribute to segment and channel planning.

• Drive detailed product and market benchmarking.

• Provide product and organizational support to the wider Sales organization, with dedicated support for selected regions.

• Transfer local market and product knowledge to relevant stakeholders across the organization, including the development of training programs.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or another relevant field.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in product management within an international environment.

• Hands-on mentality and a strong team-player mindset.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• High level of energy and enthusiasm.

• Curious and explorative mindset.

• Strong technical affinity.

• Solution- and result-oriented approach.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working effectively across different cultures.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
