People Intern

As our HR Intern, you'll become part of our close-knit People team, working alongside our Head of People & Culture, People Operations Specialist and Office Manager.

This isn't an internship where you'll spend your days watching from the sidelines. You'll get hands-on experience, work on real projects and gradually take ownership of your own tasks.

Your focus will be on two key areas:

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything about HR. That's what an internship is for! We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive and excited to learn.

• You're an HBO student in Human Resources, Management Studies or a related field, looking for a 5-month internship.

• You enjoy working with people, but you're also comfortable working with numbers and details.

• You're organised, accurate and like getting things done.

• You're curious about AI and enjoy exploring smarter ways of working.

• You have a creative side and enjoy writing, creating content or coming up with fresh ideas.

• You're not afraid to ask questions, share your opinion or take initiative.

• You're fluent in Dutch and English.

Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the confidence to give things a try!

You'll join us at our office in Capelle aan den IJssel, starting at the end of January 2027/beginning of February 2027

Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes to keep an international company running smoothly? Here's your chance to find out!

• Help prepare monthly payroll changes and checks for around 70 colleagues in the Netherlands.

• Support the preparation of payroll changes for our teams in Germany, Belgium, Sweden and the UK, which are processed locally.

• Keep HR administration and employee files accurate and up to date.

• Support day-to-day People Operations, from answering employee questions to helping with onboarding and other HR processes.

• Spot opportunities to make our processes smarter, faster or more efficient, using AI and automation where it makes sense.

Great teams start with great people. You'll help us find them, connect with them and make sure they have an amazing candidate experience.

• Support the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and welcoming new hires.

• Gradually take ownership of parts of the candidate journey as you gain experience.

• Help bring our recently developed Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through creative ideas and content.

• Write engaging vacancy texts and create content for our careers site, job boards and social media.

• Think along about how we can attract the right talent and make Leadinfo stand out as an employer.
