About the role
At Regnology our greatest asset is our people. We value diversity and foster an inclusive environment that supports learning, safety, and growth. By investing in our team, listening to customers, and encouraging creativity, we drive continuous innovation and improvement.
We offer a flexible, innovative environment where your ideas matter and your career can thrive.
Regnology is a global leader in regulatory reporting, helping financial institutions, regulators, and tax authorities improve data quality, efficiency, and cost savings. Our mission: to safeguard financial markets through smarter, future-ready solutions.
What you will do
As a Sales executive, you will take ownership of an inherited portfolio of existing clients while growing both wallet share and market presence in the Netherlands. This is a hybrid commercial role: roughly 70% farming and 30% hunting.
You will manage day-to-day account relationships, drive up-sell and cross-sell across the full Regnology portfolio, and dedicate part of your time to developing new opportunities in the market — always with coaching from senior colleagues.
About the company
Regnology is a global leader in regulatory, risk, tax, and finance technology — connecting regulators and the regulated across more than 100 countries. We serve global Tier 1 banks, local and regional institutions, insurers, corporates, and supervisory authorities with SaaS-first solutions built for compliance, insight, and scale.
Our Ascend platform brings together a broad portfolio under one vision of straight-through reporting and governed intelligence (RGI): Regnology Reporting Hub, Risk Hub, Finance Hub, Tax Hub, Transaction Reporting, Insurance Hub, and Supervisory Technology for authorities — complemented by cloud delivery, professional services, and implementation.
With presence in over 30 countries and deep local expertise, we combine a global approach with regional regulatory know-how. To support our growth in the Dutch Market, we are looking for an account manager with a first experiences into the financial space.
The portfolio you will manage
You will represent the full Regnology offering for financial institutions with a strong focus on Regulatory reporting.
- Regulatory Reporting: Regnology Reporting Hub (including Ascend) for prudential, statistical, granular and disclosure reporting
- Risk: Regnology Risk Hub for ALM, credit, market and liquidity risk, capital analytics and stress testing
- Finance: Regnology Finance Hub for IFRS 9 / ECL, ledger, consolidation and finance transformation
- Tax: Regnology Tax Hub (regulatory, client and corporate tax reporting)

- Commercial Negotiation: Lead proposals, business case development, complex RFI/RFP responses, and commercial contract negotiations, coordinating internally with product, solutions, and delivery teams.
- Forecasting Excellence: Maintain a rigorous and highly accurate renewal, expansion, and account pipeline within CRM to support executive business planning.
Hunting
- Market Expansion: Proactively target, contact, and initiate strategic dialogues with new and white-space accounts in the Dutch and Belgian financial markets.
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Qualify high-potential opportunities, lead comprehensive discovery workshops, and navigate complex, high-value deals through the complete sales lifecycle.
