Delivery Lead - Data & AI

In this role, you are the connecting force between business, technology, and delivery. You help organisations translate Data & AI and digital ambitions into clear, well-executed, and measurable outcomes. You bring structure to complexity, align stakeholders around shared goals, and ensure initiatives move from vision to impact with clarity, continuity, and momentum. You anticipate challenges and combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leadership.

As Delivery Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end orchestration and governance of complex client projects:

• Lead the business and delivery side of complex Data & AI and digital transformation initiatives.

• Define and maintain project structures, governance models, ownership, and decision-making processes to deliver project milestones within time and budget.

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across teams, phases, and dependencies.

• Safeguard smooth and intentional transitions between delivery phases to maintain continuity and momentum.

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at senior and executive level.

• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and expectation gaps before they affect delivery.

• Collaborate closely with business, sales, and technical teams to ensure continuity throughout the full engagement lifecycle.

• Drive pre-sales activities by interpreting client challenges and translating them into defined, viable approaches and commercial proposals.

• Contribute to the development of delivery frameworks, best practices, and ways of working that support scalable and sustainable growth.
