What they look for
- Completed MBO level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
- Demonstrable experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues
- Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Flexible approach, willingness to travel internationally, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving objectives
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to customer locations
- Demonstrable commitment to adhering to safety regulations and quality standards
- Desirable: Experience in the food and beverage industry, manufacturing sector, or industrial equipment sector
- Desirable: Familiarity with vertical filling and sealing machines or similar specialised equipment
