📍Eindhoven (3 days in office) | 🗓️ 40hrs per week
What you will do
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Medior), you own the full recruitment cycle for a portfolio of tech roles, from intake to signed offer.
You act as the main point of contact for hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Design, advising them on market realities and interview design.
You build and run your own sourcing strategy for every requisition, rather than relying on inbound applications alone.
You shape how Sendcloud shows up to tech talent in the market, from outreach messaging to candidate experience.
What you will do
Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of tech roles, from intake call to signed offer.
Source candidates directly through targeted outreach, tech communities, referrals, and platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn.
Run intake calls with hiring managers to turn a vague brief into a sourcing strategy and a realistic hiring timeline.
Screen candidates and coordinate interview loops, keeping every step moving and every stakeholder informed.
Guide candidates and hiring managers through offer negotiation, balancing market data with what the business can offer.
Troubleshoot a quiet pipeline or a tricky brief by digging into the market and adjusting your approach.
Track pipeline health and time-to-hire for your roles, flagging risks before they become fire drills.
Share sourcing techniques and market insight with the wider Talent team to sharpen how Sendcloud hires tech talent.
