As a Product Manager at JouwWeb, you will jump on board at a defining moment. We are growing fast and reshaping our product team to work even smarter. Our developers already build rapidly and autonomously. Your job is to help them make an even greater impact. By providing clear strategic frameworks and the 'why' behind what we do, you bring direction without slowing things down.

With the rise of AI, we can build faster than ever. That is exactly why making the right product choices is becoming increasingly critical. You listen closely to our users, dive deep into data, and focus purely on what drives our growth goals. You will take the driver's seat of the product roadmap and confidently make autonomous decisions. Backed by solid, data-driven arguments, you smoothly align the Management Team with your vision.

We do not believe in endless corporate research phases or meeting-heavy cultures. We live by the 'build, measure, learn' loop. You are not afraid to ship fast, analyze real-world results, and iterate based on what you learn. You are hands-on, highly communicative towards both business and development, and you get a kick out of seeing rapid, tangible impact.

You will work on

Understanding our users inside out and translating their needs into high-impact product improvements.
Analyzing user data and translating these insights into a concrete, actionable product optimization plan.
Setting up conversion rate optimization (CRO) and retention experiments, and validating their success using data.
Designing, owning, and driving the product roadmap in close collaboration with the CPTO and the Management Team.
Coordinating product execution with the development team while keeping a close eye on delivery speed.
Smartly integrating innovative AI solutions into our product to make building a website truly effortless for our users.

What they look for

Who we are looking for

You are an experienced, hands-on specialist who enjoys solving complex problems.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking.
You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar product management role.
You have a proven track record in conversion optimization, data-driven experimentation, and retention.
You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
You have an excellent command of English (spoken and written).
You recognize yourself in our core values.
