• MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Industriële Automatisering.
• Ervaring met technisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving.
• Kennis van continu verbeteren en onderhoudsmethodieken.
• Ervaring met onderhoudsbeheersystemen, bijvoorbeeld Coswin.
• Kennis van TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Kennis van HACCP, veiligheid en hygiënevoorschriften.
• VCA-VOL certificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office.
