As a Strategic PMO, you will play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action across our Contract Logistics business in Europe. As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will lead and coordinate strategic programs and complex projects that drive business transformation, operational improvement, and long-term growth.
Working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across multiple countries, you will help ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully, on time, and with measurable business impact. From large-scale transformation programs to greenfield site developments and other key strategic initiatives, your work will help shape the future of Contract Logistics.

How you will contribute
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of strategic projects and programs across Contract Logistics.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans.
- Facilitate project governance structures, steering committees, and project review meetings to support effective decision-making.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively drive solutions that support successful outcomes.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and efficient execution.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, reporting standards, and governance practices.
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen future strategic programs and initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Operations, Commercial, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and other business functions to enable successful delivery.
- Support transformational initiatives, including growth projects, operational excellence programs, and new business developments.
What you will bring
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects, programs, or business transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions, countries, and leadership levels.
- Strong project management, planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar approaches.
- A proactive, adaptable, and continuous-improvement mindset with a passion for turning strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes.
