About the role
Build the data foundation of one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies. We have 80+ sales reps, 2,000+ customers, and a CRM full of data, but it isn't structured, connected, or complete enough to tell us what we need to know. We're hiring someone to help fix that.
What you will do
You'll report to the Head of Finance & Ops and have direct access to senior leadership on what to prioritize and why.
What you'll do
Audit what data we have, what's missing, and what's unreliable, then help fix it
Connect siloed sources: CRM, dialer, accounting, enrichment tools
Set and enforce data quality standards and freshness requirements
Structure data so it's queryable
Search enrichment sources and import structures to RevOps
