<h3>Job Title</h3>Internship: Validation of Hair-Cutting Models<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><span><b>Are you the enthusiastic, talented graduate intern we're looking for?</b></span></p><p><span>Can you turn a raw sensor signal into a reliable engineering measurement? Join the Grooming and Beauty Development team to extend an existing experimental platform with a new sensing technology. You will combine mechanical design, sensor integration, signal processing and data analysis to create a measurement solution that is reliable, repeatable and suitable for engineering decision-making.</span></p><p><span><br /><b>Your Responsibilities</b></span></p><p><span>As an intern, you will:</span></p><p>·    <span>Take ownership of the assignment, including planning, design, experimentation and communication of results.</span></p><p>·    <span>Develop and evaluate concepts for robust mechanical sensor integration.</span></p><p>·    <span>Design mechanical components and fixtures for the measurement setup.</span></p><p>·    <span>Acquire and analyse sensor data under representative conditions.</span></p><p>·    <span>Investigate noise, variation, repeatability and measurement uncertainty.</span></p><p>·    <span>Develop algorithms that convert raw sensor signals into meaningful engineering parameters.</span></p><p>·    <span>Correlate the new measurements with other available measurement sources.</span></p><p>·    <span>Validate the performance of the integrated measurement system.</span></p><p>·    <span>Contribute to further mechanical and functional improvements of the experimental platform.<br /></span></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
