What you will do
- Lead sales efforts within your designated territory to drive growth and expand the adoption of Medtronic’s ENT solutions
- Build partnerships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance patient care
- Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical advantages of Medtronic’s ENT products through comprehensive product demonstrations and in-procedure support
- Identify new sales opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and increase market share for Medtronic’s ENT product portfolio
- Act as a trusted resource in the operating room by providing technical expertise and ensuring optimal product performance during surgeries
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and expenses
- Collaborate with a dynamic, high-performing team dedicated to innovation and improving patient outcomes.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, show resilience and drive results in a competitive environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and familiarity with operating room protocols and hospital purchasing processes
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel within own territory and the Netherlands, and exceptionally abroad.
