What you will do
As a Technical Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our automated production lines perform safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP requirements.
You will combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and operational excellence to keep our production processes running smoothly while continuously seeking opportunities to improve performance.
What you will do
- Operate and monitor highly automated production and packaging lines.
- Perform equipment set-ups, product changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning activities.
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks and equipment adjustments.
- Monitor, verify, and document production activities using SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Support deviation investigations, triage activities, and root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Optimize machine settings and process parameters to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements at all times.
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.
