Senior Manager Finance

At JBT Marel, we are transforming the future of food processing. We are looking for a commercially minded, internationally experienced Senior Finance Manager to partner with our Further Processing leadership team and help drive performance across a highly complex and fast-evolving business. In this role you will lead a team of experienced finance professionals, located in several countries. Based in Boxmeer, this role sits at the heart of our Further Processing organization and plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, guiding financial performance, and helping shape the integration journey of JBT Marel.

The successful candidate will act as the key finance business partner to the Further Processing leadership team, leading financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic initiatives across multiple countries and sites. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, international operations, and transformation activities.

This position is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building and improving processes, and sees complexity as an opportunity rather than a challenge.

• Experience in a similar complex, international environment, including proven leadership of teams across multiple countries and demonstrated managerial responsibility within a matrix organization.
• Proven experience in an international manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, industrial, or project-based environment.
• Strong business partnering experience with senior management teams.
• Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive business results.
• Exposure to US GAAP is advantageous but not essential.
