What you will do
You’ll join our central Customer Operations team for Europe, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Master Data, Tax, Warehouse and Business Analytics to ensure a smooth and reliable order-to-cash experience for your customer base.
What you will do
Manage a portfolio of German wholesale, travel-retail and distributor accounts, ensuring smooth order-to-cash operations.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Master Data and Warehouse teams for on-boarding customers, processing orders, returns and invoices.
Monitor order flow, backlog and deliveries — coordinating with warehouse to make sure orders ship on time.
se our B2B portal and ERP system (SAP preferred) to process orders, credits/debits and maintain accurate records.
Help generate regular sales and order reports, and contribute to continuous improvement projects as needed.
What they look for
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English;
3–4 years’ experience in a similar customer operations or order-to-cash role, ideally in a B2B environment.
Detail-oriented, organised, and driven to deliver excellent service.
Skilled in building relationships across teams and regions.
Experience managing orders and backlogs in an ERP system (SAP preferred).
Confident with Excel and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
