- Supporting RFQ activities by assessing technical feasibility and manufacturability;
- Developing and optimizing production processes and manufacturing methods;
- Developing and optimizing machining, automation and/or product handling processes;
- Ensuring quality through the use of tools such as FMEA, Control Plans and MSA;
- Developing stable production processes and successfully transferring them to manufacturing;
- Collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Production and Purchasing throughout the development process.
Your qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field;
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience within a technical manufacturing environment;
- Experince with machining, CNC operations, and/or automation and product handling;
- Experience in working with measuring systems/equipment is considered a plus;
- A hands-on mentality combined with a proactive and pragmatic working style;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams;
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, German is considered a strong advantage;
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or comparable design software is preferred, and/or the willingness to learn CAD.
