Tijdens een meeloopstage werk je direct mee op lopende deals om zoveel mogelijk praktijkervaring op te doen. Klanten van KPMG zijn onder meer nationale en internationale middelgrote ondernemingen, private equity huizen, startups, financiële instellingen en (semi)overheidsinstellingen.

The M&A team of KPMG engages in the development and execution of mergers and acquisitions. The team offers amongst others sell-side and buy-side advisory services to a wide variety of clients including large corporates, privately-owned companies and private equity. As an intern, you will be staffed as a full member of the team, work along junior and senior team members and assist in all aspects of our work allowing you to fully experience the M&A process.You will be actively involved in assisting the execution of transactions, preparing client presentations, support on financial analyses and valuation models, performing market research and finding potential buyers and targets in various industries. This internship is a great opportunity to receive on-the-job training and get the chance to experience M&A and the KPMG team.
