Junior Data Consultant

What they look for
- Educational background: a completed Master’s degree, ideally focusing on Technology or (Business) Economics (MSc, MBA), with strong academic performance.
- Language proficiency: you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and are able to represent Artefact confidently in client-facing settings.
- Technical proficiency: you have a strong interest in technology and some hands-on experience with programming or tools like Python or R (coding experience isn’t required). You’re also comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data.
- Work experience: 6–12 months in internships or student roles in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech is a plus but not required.
- Business acumen: you possess a dual profile in ‘business’ and ‘data,’ with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.
- Analytical mindset: strong analytical abilities with attention to detail, comfortable working with large datasets.
- Personal attributes: you are curious and passionate about data and technological evolution. You demonstrate rigour, proactivity, and enjoy problem-solving.
