  • Coordinate activities across the four regional hubs and provide visibility on progress, actions, and escalations.
  • Consolidate regional updates and prepare leadership-ready summaries and recommendations.
  • Track delivery against key work-streams and support issue resolution where required.

Digital Planning Coordination

  • Coordinate planning activities across Global Brands and Regional Hub teams for Topical and Culture Pulse activations.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Strategy, Planning, Activation, Analytics, and Operations teams.
  • Support annual planning, campaign planning, and key planning milestones across the network.
  • Ensure planning frameworks, best practices, and ways of working are consistently applied and shared across markets and hubs.

Topical & Culture Pulse Coordination

  • Coordinate global Topical and Culture Pulse activations across hubs and markets.
  • Ensure alignment between global priorities and regional deployment plans.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and implementation tracking.
  • Capture learnings and facilitate sharing of best practices across the organisation.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the adoption and implementation of processes, frameworks, and standards.
  • Drive consistency in execution across regions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Help maintain visibility of actions, decisions, and governance requirements across work-streams.

Learning & Capability Building

  • Support learning forums, capability-building initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programmes across the hub network.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful approaches, planning methodologies, and operational best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of the operating model.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong digital media planning and integrated planning experience.
  • Experience operating in multi-market, regional, or global client environments.
  • Experience working within hub, centre-of-excellence, or shared service structures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
