IT Systems Administrator

Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and the IT infrastructure.

Managing networks, servers, and cloud environments.

Ensuring availability, security, and business continuity.

Designing and implementing automations using PowerShell, Power Automate, and similar tools.

Researching and implementing AI solutions that make internal processes more efficient.

Reducing manual work through self-service and automation.

Optimizing IT processes based on data and analytics.

Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases so that end users can help themselves.

Advising on new technologies and innovations.

Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

You have experience with Windows Server administration.

You have strong knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and VPN.

You have experience working with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.

You have experience managing cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

You have knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.

You have a basic understanding of IT security and monitoring tools.

You are analytical and strong in problem solving.

You have a structured and detail-oriented way of working.

You take ownership and approach problems proactively.

You are comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
