Client Relationship Manager (SVP)

Relationship Leadership: Serve as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, building trust and understanding their business priorities and challenges

Client Retention & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth within your portfolio

Solution Development: Work with internal teams to identify client needs, recommend new services or products, and translate market trends into actionable opportunities

Agreement Management: Lead negotiations and renewals of service level agreements in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain a strong internal network across regions and business units to support global growth and ensure clients receive coordinated, excellent service

Performance Accountability: Track client metrics, manage profitability targets, and work with Regional Heads and Sales teams to achieve financial objectives

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years in alternative investment fund administration or corporate services
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
• Familiarity with international tax structuring and outsourced service models
• Leadership experience in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
