Founding Account Executive - BNLX (Belgium market)

• You're from Belgium and know the market from the inside. You're based in (or happy to be based in) Belgium(Remote) or Amsterdam(Hybrid).
• Approaching people comes naturally to you. You're a real networker with, or the ability to build, a strong network, ideally within HR.
• You have at least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR platforms, or a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.
• Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce are well-known names to you.
• You have an academic working and thinking level and you are action-oriented.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, build-it-yourself environment and are a great team player.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French and speak great English.
