• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, shift-based manufacturing operation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex operational challenges.
• Experience with production performance management, workforce planning, and people development.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing reporting systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and change leadership capabilities.

• A competitive salary based on your education, qualifications, and relevant work experience.
• 25 vacation days and 15 additional ATV (working time reduction) days, which can be scheduled flexibly.
• 8% holiday allowance.
