Junior HR Consultant / Trainee

• You have completed a university degree in business administration, HR, economics, communications, or a related field.
• Additionally, you have gained interesting experiences outside of your studies.
• You are fascinated by HR, project management, and dynamic environments.

• You have high standards for the quality of your work and carry out tasks with care and attention.

• You are capable of carrying out assignments both with guidance and independently.

• Work on challenging HR Transformation projects in the following areas:
  • Digital HR Transformation
  • HR Operating Model & Global Business Services
  • Business Transformation
• Become a crucial point of contact for the client (example clients include AkzoNobel, Bol.com, Heineken, ASML, ING, and Verkade).
• Develop on a personal and professional level. You will get:
  • Extensive training in the field of communication, HR, project management, commerce and personal development (on average 1 time every 3 weeks).
  • Intervision with a close team of colleague High Potentials.
  • Mentoring and coaching by both senior consultants and clients.

• €2700 per month
