Every day, doctors, nurses and paramedics in elderly care and care for people with intellectual disabilities use our software to look after their clients. At Gerimedica we build Ysis, the multidisciplinary patient record (EPD) used by care institutions throughout the Netherlands. We also build Ysis ECD, our care file for non-medical care, and Gerimedica Inzicht, our data platform that uses algorithms, AI and medical data to give care professionals the right insight at the right moment. Our goal is simple: less time on administration, more time for care.

We're a team of around 90 colleagues from all over the world, based in Amsterdam. We're big enough to have real impact on Dutch healthcare and small enough that your ideas are heard and your work is visible. Joining us from abroad? We offer visa sponsorship.

• Development: Our full-stack teams work in Angular, Java 17+ and Spring Boot in an agile Scrum setup. Each team has a Product Owner and and works closely with our designers and staff engineers.

• Design (UI/UX): Our designers lead a human-centred design process across multiple teams. They balance user and business needs and scale UI elements across our products.

• Quality Assurance: Our software supports patient care, so quality comes first. Our QA engineers combine test automation (Playwright) with manual and regression testing and help shape our test strategy.

• Product: Product Owners & Business Analysts are the voice of the user and own the roadmap.

• System Administration: Our internal service team handles onboarding, hardware, access, the office network and everything that keeps our colleagues up and running.

• Support: Our 1st-line Service Desk is the first point of contact for our customers. Our 2nd-line specialists handle the technical questions that need deeper Ysis expertise.

• Commercial & Customer team: Everything from first contact with a care institution to a long-lasting partnership happens in this team. Our colleagues know long-term care inside out and make sure Ysis fits seamlessly into the daily practice of care professionals. The team includes:

  • Sales Executive, who find and win new care institutions and show them what Ysis can do for their organisation.

  • Product Specialists, who combine deep product knowledge with an understanding of care, supporting sales and customers with demos, expertise and advice.

  • Implementation Consultants, who guide new customers through setting up Ysis, running projects, training users and giving demos on location.

  • Account Managers, who are the long-term point of contact for our existing customers, advising them on getting the most out of Ysis.

  • Marketing, which tells the Gerimedica story and makes sure care institutions know who we are and what we offer.

  Our customers are located throughout the Netherlands, so travel is part of most of these roles. Customer-facing roles require fluent Dutch.

• Gerimedica Inzicht: Our data platform continuously maps the health of clients and brings that information back to board members, doctors, nurses and paramedics at the right moment. The team includes:

  • Business Intelligence Consultants, who turn medical and care data into dashboards, reports and insights that help care institutions improve the quality of their care.

  • Customer Success Managers, who make sure care institutions get real value from Inzicht, from onboarding to ongoing support, and who translate customer needs back to the team.

• HR & TA: A small team that supports every colleague, from their first interview onwards.

• Finance: Our finance team keeps Gerimedica financially healthy. They handle bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting and budgeting.

• People who care about healthcare and want their work to make a difference for care professionals and their clients.

• Expertise in your field, whether that's tech, design, product, support, care or data, combined with curiosity beyond it.

• Team players who communicate clearly and enjoy working across disciplines.

• Problem-solvers who like turning ideas into working solutions.

• Good English. Dutch is a plus, and essential for our customer-facing commercial roles.
