Manage day-to-day operations, like resourcing, onboarding, offboarding, Onsite -offshore movement, coordinating with interview Panels for interviews.

Experience of handling budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals,

Fully understanding of internal/ behind the scenes operations & its impact on client satisfaction, adherence to internal processes and project financials.
