HSE Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced Health Safety & Environment Manager who likes spending time where the action is; building bridges between

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with JBT standards and applicable safety regulations and standards.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for prevention.

• Promote a strong safety culture by organizing training sessions and safety awareness programs for (field service) employees and work order responsible

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and compliance documentation.

• Stay informed about local and national safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Assist with the strategic development of the Global Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for Field Service work and support the design and implementation of the global HSE policies.

• Demonstrates leadership, including the ability to collaborate with and influence all parts of the business, as well as offering innovative solutions toward health, safety, and environmental improvements and challenges.

• Support and manage written HSE business programs (for Field Service/Customer relationships) to embed continuous improvement to reduce occupational injuries, illnesses, litigation, and financial losses.
