What we know about this job
At CLEVR, AI is not a side initiative; it is a strategic priority and a key pillar of our future growth. This isn't a traditional engineering role. You'll work closely with customers to identify AI opportunities, shape practical solutions, and build the technology that brings those ideas to life. If you're passionate about staying ahead of the curve, experimenting with new technologies, and helping organizations unlock real business value through AI, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for an AI Solutions Consultant who combines curiosity with execution and technology with business insight. Someone who doesn't just follow developments in AI but actively explores, challenges, and shapes them. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, identify where AI can create value, and translate those insights into practical, scalable solutions.
As a trusted advisor, you'll facilitate workshops, engage with stakeholders, and guide customers throughout their AI journey; from discovery and ideation to implementation and adoption. You'll design prompts, build intelligent agents, integrate LLMs into real business processes, and ensure every solution delivers measurable business impact.
If your heart says "Yes!", then CLEVR has the perfect role for you.
Let's Build Tomorrow Together!
CLEVR champions a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applicants of all genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, races, religions, national origins, disabilities, and ages. Join us in building tomorrow together with your unique talents and perspectives.
CLEVR builds the digital backbone of industrial companies, and the intelligent layer on top of it. As a leading, platinum partner of Siemens and Mendix, we combine deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Smart Factory (MOM/MES) with the speed of low code and the potential of AI. Our Digital Renovation approach gets organizations into the right digital flow. We keep the core clean, connect and contextualize data and workflows across systems with an orchestration layer, and amplify with AI where it adds real value, with people and AI agents working together in a governed way. Step by step, side by side, we help customers in manufacturing and beyond save time, reduce costs and adapt to changing market demands.

CLEVR delivers digital transformation at scale by implementing Siemens and Mendix solutions to serve industries like manufacturing, retail, energy, and more. We leverage PLM, MOM/MES, and low-code and AI technologies for manufacturing optimization and business process automation while ensuring seamless integration with other core systems like SAP, IBM, and Salesforce. CLEVR brings together technology and industry expertise to provide strategic solutions that streamline operations, drive efficiency, and enable digitalization to fit market demands.
We're accelerating our AI capabilities, and we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business opportunities and technical execution. Someone who enjoys working with clients just as much as building AI-powered solutions. As our AI Solutions Consultant, you will prototype, launch, and refine AI agents, copilots, intelligent automations, and internal tools, while helping define how CLEVR delivers AI, from the technologies we use to the delivery patterns we establish.
You'll work alongside consultants, architects, and engineers while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You'll help them identify AI opportunities, shape their AI roadmap, and translate business challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. You'll do this in a culture that values initiative, experimentation, and impact over bureaucracy, with hybrid working from our modern Amersfoort office. Ready to take on the challenge?
