What You'll Need

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, asMinimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
- 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and their related technology platforms
- Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred
- Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and drive change in business processes
- A strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact the ability to manage multiple services
- Enhanced technology knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications

Summary
We are looking for a consultative Solution Architect specialising in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will work directly with clients and partners across EMEA to design and deliver high-impact solutions for internal audit, enterprise risk, and regulatory reporting.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, stepping into complex client environments to create clarity and trust. As our GRC offering enters its Next Generation era, you will also leverage AI-driven tools to cut through routine admin tasks and focus on delivering high-value business advisory.
The Solution Architect Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation and train or coordinate training for client users. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements. May work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely. Incumbents who are both designing and implementing technical systems, applications, and process designs to meet client business specifications should be matched to Systems Integration Consulting(PS.PSSI). Incumbents who are responsible for providing complete professional service support for a client or clients, including the identification and development of solutions, design of systems, applications and processes, and delivery to clients, should be matched to Professional Services Consulting (PS.PSPS). Incumbents who are coordinating all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation should be matched to Project Management (Client Services) (PS.PMPM).

Knowledge

- Fully qualified with practical experience of applying industry practices and solutions to creatively solve a variety of issues
- Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience
